Terry A. Robbins - Since 1996, Mr. Robbins has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In 1994, Mr. Robbins founded Ohio Valley Hardwoods, near Waverly, Ohio, which operations as a scragg-mill facility and manufactures finished pre-cut pallet material used in the construction of pallets. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Robbins founded Ohio Valley Logging which was timber procurement and timber harvesting business. From 1980 to 1991, Mr. Robbins held various other positions in the lumber and timber industries. J. David Smith - Since 2001, Mr. Smith has been Vice President of Finance of the Company and was elected a Director of the Company in 2002. Mr. Smith has been involved in the lumber industry for more than thirty-eight (38) years and prior to the sale of his business interest to the Company in 1998, he was president and CEO of James W. Smith Lumber Co. in Piketon, Ohio; president of Wilco., Inc. a pallet manufacturing facility in Spring Valley, Ohio; and president of Mid-America Lumber Co., in Piketon, Ohio, which were all acquired by Ohio Valley Lumber in March of 1998. Brownfield - Mr. Brownfield following his graduation from
Piketon High School spent two years at Rio Grande College in the field of
Manufacturing Technologies. From 1989-1998 he was employed by Gross and
Jarson Pepsi Cola as a Sales Manager. In June 1998 Mr. Brownfield took on
a position with OVL in its Lumber Sales Department and now serves in a
leadership position on the sales management team and now serves as the
company's sales manager.
